* Main Male protagonist- He is positioned on the benches by Brighton sea front throughout watching the passers by. He is a deaf mute but this is not voiced until the end. He see's the other characters as passers by and is able to see their inner problems that they cannot voice. The significance of him being a deaf mute as we find out at the end is that he too can not literally voice about his problem
* Pregnant Christian Teen- She is featured in her bathroom witha pregnancy test and as she finds out she is pregnant is torn between her baby and her strict Christian family
* Ex-Soldier- He has returned from conflict but being in battle has seriosuly mentally scarred him leaving him with Post traumatic stress disorder. He however is unable to voice this in fear of dissapointing his family.
* Office Worker- A story witha lighter mood. The office worker acts a bit like a child in that despite being a successful business man he still dreams of being a super hero.
This is the initial ideas for our short film's structure...

there is still no mention of the main character and why he is significant. Will your audience understand the significance of him being deaf.
